Investigators quietly probe allegations of Syrian war crimes

CIJA Director Chris Engels and Stephen Rapp, former U.S. Ambassador-at-large for War Crimes and member of CIJA's board of commissioners, tell ABC News about the paper trail of war crimes left behind by the Syrian regime. The vast amounts of evidence collected by CIJA and others "mean prosecutors have far stronger evidence of war crimes than what existed to convict the Nazis at Nuremberg".
